1. Custom Letterpress Printing

All custom stationery and portfolio printing projects require a finalized digital proof approval before any plates are ordered or presses are set up. Once you approve the final proof, the design cannot be changed.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure time on the press.
• Due to the tactile nature of letterpress printing, slight variations in ink coverage and impression depth are normal and are part of the craft.
• Turnaround times begin only after digital proof approval and receipt of the initial deposit.

2. Workshop Registrations

We offer hands-on instruction using our vintage equipment. Space is limited to ensure a safe and educational environment.

• Payment in full is required to reserve your spot at the press.
• Cancellations made up to fourteen days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel later, we cannot offer a refund, but you may transfer your seat to another participant.

3. Equipment Use & Safety

Operating heavy, cast-iron presses requires care. All visitors and workshop attendees must follow safety guidelines provided by our studio instructors. We reserve the right to limit access to any equipment if safety instructions are not followed.
