The Studio Method
From Blank Sheet to Deep Impression
2. Plate Making & Mixing
A custom photopolymer plate is produced from the final design. We then mix the ink by eye to match your specific palette, adjusting for the natural absorbency of cotton paper.
3. The Press Run
Each sheet is fed into our vintage cylinder press by hand. We continuously monitor the run to maintain crisp edges, perfect alignment, and the signature deep impression that defines the craft.

Paper Weight
We offer 300gsm and 600gsm cotton stocks. Heavier weights provide a deeper impression but require more material.
Ink Colors
Each color requires a separate plate and an additional pass through the press, which increases the overall cost.
Quantity
Due to the setup time involved in letterpress, the cost per piece decreases significantly as the quantity increases.
