The Details

Beyond the Ink

It is the subtle finishing touches that elevate a printed piece from simple communication to a lasting object. We specialize in techniques that demand a hands-on approach.

Blind Debossing

Printing without ink. A deep, un-inked impression relies entirely on light and shadow to reveal the design, offering an incredibly sophisticated, textural result.

Edge Painting

Applying ink or metallic foil to the absolute edge of a thick stack of cards. It provides a striking pop of color visible even before the card is turned over.

Common Questions

Do you print designs provided by other studios?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with independent designers and branding agencies. You can supply print-ready vector artwork, and we handle the plate-making, color mixing, and pressing. Please consult our artwork guidelines prior to submission.

What paper stocks do you carry?

Our house stock is a 100% cotton paper available in 300gsm and 600gsm weights, offered in brilliant white and soft cream. Cotton paper is uniquely suited for letterpress, compressing beautifully to hold a deep impression without cracking.

Can I request a physical sample?

Absolutely. We believe letterpress must be felt to be understood. We offer curated sample packs showcasing various ink colors, paper weights, and finishing techniques.
